Listed as a child of Jonathan Smith in Smith Cousins Four compiled by Zula Wood Atwood, Frank L. Eddens, Jr, Mildred Smith Shumaker, & Guy R. Smith. page 39. It states: Settled four miles north of the Anderson, South Carolina at the west end of Brown Road where the old Watson home now stands. He is buried behind the house on a small knoll that is now someone's back yard. There is no marker on the grave. Elizabeth is buried in the Old Lebanon Cemetery.
