[Note: the marriage record in 1754 explicitly says "Aaron Osgood junr". Worcester deed Vol. 49, p. 32 land is sold by "Aaron Osgood Jun'r & Hannah Osgood of Ervingshire in the County of Hampshire ... cordwainer" in 1761. Clearly this source has confused father and son. The third Aaron, s/o Aaron, bp. New Salem, 3 May 1761. In 1779, per Hampshire deed vol. 16, p. 531, Aaron Osgood of Shutesbury Gent'm, his wife Sarah also signing, sell land. This third Aaron would have been too young at this point to own land, or in 1769 when the land was purchased by "Aaron Osgood of Shutesbury Cordwainer" per the deed on p. 532.]
