    Will of "Aaron Brigham of Grafton ... Husbandman", dated 8 Sep 1767, filed 23 Dec 1767, proved 4 Jan 1768, names wife Sarah Brigham [goods which she brought with her, legacy left her by her Father Benjamin Winchester late of Grafton]; sons Thomas and Ephraim; sons Amariah and Moses [under 21]; daughters Dorothy, Lydia, Lucy, and Rebekah [under 18 except Dorothy of age; household goods, bedding and apparel that was their mothers]. Son Thomas and brother Elisha Brigham to be executors.
    8 Sep 1767: Codicil requests Mr. Simon Brooks and brother Ezekiel Brigham be appointed guardians of his minor children. [Judges annotation, added later: Lucy 13, Amariah 11; Rebecca 9, Moses 2].
