- D, 7-9: 2 Oct 1784. John Walker and Ann his wife of Camden District, SC, to John Hagans of same, for £14 sterling, tract granted to Robert McClanchan 5 Feb 1754, a tract on west side Cattawba River, then in :Anson County, North Carolina, which tract said McClenehan conveyed to Thomas Land, 193 acres, and the said Thomas Land conveyed to George Sleager of Northampton County. Pennsylvania, and by said Sleager to :George Sleager Junr, further Isaac Taylor obtained the Kings Patent 8 July 1774 (since running the boundary line between North & South Carolina) for 350 on west side of the Cattawba River in South Carolina. :14 acres whereof said Taylor conveyed to the said Geo Sleager June 21 Feb 1775, and is part of the same land which was conveyed to said George Sleager Junr, and the 14 acres conveyed to said John Walker 23 :Aug 1778. - D, 9-11: 2 Oct 1784, John Walker and Ann his wife of Camden District, SC, to John Hagans of same, for £178 s11 d5 sterling, tract granted to Casper Culp 5 Feb 1754, 200 acres on west side Cattawba River, :then in Anson County, North Carolina, which tract said Casper Culp conveyed to John Lance, and the said John Lance to John Walker, adj. Gasper Sleager, age 1000 acres belonging to said Casper Culp 25 Sept :1753, 52 acres and nine perches of which tract conveyed to John Lance 23 Aug 1778. John Walker (Seal). Ann Walker (Seal), Wit: John Burnet, Margaret Burnet, Jane Patton (mark). Proved by the oath of Jane :Patton in Chester County 14 Sept 1792.

- on the head of Gibson's Creek, Beginning at a white oak tree five poles west and elm tree marked ? west with the north
- boundary of James Scotts ? and ? the north west corner of said ? four hundred and fifty two poles to a walnut and hickory
- thence north two hundred and twenty six poles to a sugar tree and white oak thence east four hundred and fifty two poles to a hickory and elm,
- thence south two hundred and twenty six poles to the beginning to hold to the said John Walker his heirs and assigns forever, dated the seventeenth day of April 1786.

- No 217 Know ye that we have granted unto John Walker a tract of land containing six hundred and forty acres, lying in our county of Davidson on the
- north side of Cumberland River, Beginning on the River bank at two box elders, north eighty five degrees east four poles to a hackberry, north forty poles with William
- and Samuel Neely's line to a beech and elm. North four and one half degrees west with saad Neely's line to a beech and elm, North four and one half degrees west with said Neely's line four hundred and sixty
- eight poles to a hickory, south thirty one and half east with Isaac Neely's line five hundred and eighty poles to an oak and elm, south fourty degrees west with James McNee's line two hundred and eighty two poles
- to a beech and white oak at the head of Stanley's spring, then down the spring branch McNee's line to a sweet gym, south seventy nine degrees West forty poles with said McNee's line to a beech and sweet gum on the river bank
- then down the river as it meanders to the beginning to hold to the said John Walker his heirs and assigns forever, dated the 10th day of July 1788.
