Magnolia Columbia Co. Ark Record of Wills, Book C. page 259 Last Will and Testament of E. W. Mooney

Know all men of there presents, that I. E. W. Mooney of Columbia Co. State of Arkansas, of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me at any time hereto make

1st, I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Lou Ella to be sole executrix of my last will directing my said executrix--to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate.

2nd, I give Edward Altom, Eugene Altom, Curtis Altom, and Lois Altom, heirs and only heirs of my deceased daughter, Alma J. Altom one dollar and this is all I desire my said deceased daughter heirs to have out of my estate.

3rd, I give each of my sons if they be living by my first wife to wit. Barney Lee and Harvey one dollar: if they or either of them be dead, I wish their children to take their fathers interest hereby given, and this is all I desire my said two sons, or their heirs to have out of my estate.

4th, I give and bequeath to each of my children by my present wife one dollar, the names of these children are Charlie Jr., Alvin H., Truman T., Irvin E., Marshall C., and Olin W, and this is all I desire them to have out of my estate.

5th, all the remainder of my property which I may own at my death whether real, personal, or mixed I give, bequeath and desire to my beloved wife, Lou Ella Mooney

6th, I desire that my executrin herein and hereby appoint act without giving bond.

In testimony whereof-- I hereto set my hand and publish and declare thee to be my last will and testament in presence of witness named below this 7 day of April 1915 E. W. Mooney Witness W. H. Dismuks B. R. Vaughan
