Know all men by these presents:
That we, Alfred L. Semnacher/G. R. Weatherford of the County of Shelby and State of Tennessee, are held and fiimrly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the sum of twelve hundred and fifty dollars, to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators and every one of us and severally by these presents. Witness our hands and seals this 9 day of July 1904

The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas, the above bounden Alfred L. Semnacher has this day prayed and obtained a licesne to marry Miss Lucille A. Nowland; now, if ther is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage, and for which license is desired, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law.
