Dies in Doctor's Office - Mrs. Louise Semnacher, 60 years old, of 29 Elm Street, Great Neck, L.I., died yesterday afternoon in the office of Dr. Francis Matthews, at 49 West Fifty-Second Street, where she had gone for treatment for heart trouble. A heart attack caused death. Dr. Matthews refused to discuss the case, but said the woman had been a patient of his for some time.
