Harriet M. White, 79 of 124 Berger Ave. died Sunday at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. She was born in Syracuse. She was a retired cashier for the Hotel Syracuse. Surviving are two daughters, Dolores Rankin of Syracuse and Marilyn Emerick of Orono, Maine; a brother, Alonzo Brown of St. Petersburg, Fla; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. today (Feb 4).
