Los Angles - Al Semnacher manager for Miss Virginia Rappe, film actress whose death at San Francisco resulted in the manslaughter charge Roscoe (Fatty) Arbuckle, now on trial for the third time, was granted a divorce here yesterday. He charged Mrs. Semnacher had deserted him for a man now said to be fugitive from justice.
