Lackawanna Counrty, SS:
Be it remembered, that at a Court of Common Pleas held at Scranton, in and for the County aforesaid, before the Judges of the said Court, on the 27 day of July A.D. 1948, the petition of Alonzo Brown was presented praying the said Court, for reasons therein contained to grant a divorce from the bonds of matriomony existing with Lucille Brown etc.
And now, to wit: On this 31 day of December A. D. one thousand nine hundred and forty eight on reading and filing depositions of witnesses and on motion of W. M. Murphy Solicitor for Libellant, Court do order, adjudge and decree that the said Alonzo Brown be divorced and separated from the bonds of matrimony entered into with the said Lucille Brown and that all the rights, liberties, privileges, duties, claims and demands accruing or pertaining to either of the said parties by reason of their marriage shall henceforth cease and determine and be of no effect, as fully and to all intents and purposes as though they had never been married; which procedings are entered of record in said Colurt as of No. 1076 September Term, 1946
In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court at Scranton, this 14 day of March A.D., 1949 signed Joseph R. ???? Prothonotary.
