Know all men by these presence Thatt I Johh Emans Living att gravesend in Kings County on Long Island in the province of New Jorke Doe hereby Absoluttly Aknowlege to have Sold Assigned and transported from me and my heyers Excutouors Administratours or Assignes for Ever a Certain parcell of ground lieing being in ye Towne of gravesend afore sd the Same piece of Land which was Sold by Stoffel Johnsen unto Anthony Emans deceased & the Same Lenght and breadth as the Record of ye Towne can make appeare with five two accor Lotts Leing and being, within ye fiftenne accor Lott fences derived from Samuel Spicer and are ye: No: as the record of ye towne will make manifest, unto my Son Andrew Emans and unto his heyres Executours Administratours or Assignes & for him ye sd Andrew to have and to hold posses and Enioye the Same without any Mollestation or disturbance by me ye sd John Emans or any by my meanes or procurement att any time or times whatsoever here after And in Consideration of ye above Said premises I John Emans Doe hereby Absolutly owne and Aknowlege to be fully Satisfied And in Confirmation and to the True intend hereof have I Sett my hand this first day of May 1699
