Gives to my beloved wife Mary TINDALL the land whereon I now live with all my stock of horses, cattle, sheep & hogs, also all my household furniture, & a negro wench named Abagale during her natural life or widowhood and then everything to be sold and the money a rising from the sale to be equally divided between the whole of my children.
