This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ebbott of 22 Old High Street Bendigo in the State of Victoria Widow. I appoint the Sandurst And Northern District Trustee Excutor and Agency Company Limited of their View Street Bendigo Executor and Trustee of this my Will . I devise all my real estate and bequeath all my personal estate unto the said Company upon trust as follows I give my step daughter Elie Sanders of Venceninging Transvaal South Africa the sum of fifty pounds for her own use and benefit absolutely. All my real estate on and my residuary personal estate I direct, shall, subject to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the duty both State and Federal payable on my estate be held for the benefit of my daughter Mavis Joyce Ebbott pending my said daughter attaining the age of twenty five years and I direct that the income from my estate shall be applied for and towards the maintenance and support of my said daughter and I empower my trustees if in its discretion it is deemed that the income of my estate is not sufficient to properly support and educate my said daughter to resort to the corpus of my estate for the purpose and also my to apply any part or moiety of my estate for the purpose of the advancement in my said daughter. And upon my said daughter attaining the said age of twenty five years I direct that my residuary estate or the balance of such residuary estate after any payments have been made in accordance with this my will together with any unapplied income shall be paid over to my said daughter absolutely. I empower my trustees in its discretion to convert such of my estate as shall not consist of money into money and unto the funds in its hands in lawful trust investments. And I also empower my trustee to postpone the realization of my estate for such a period as shall be deemed advisable in the best interests thereof.
