It is interesting to note that there were other step children still alive when Isabella died but only two children - Beatrice Alma and Gertrude recieved any inheritance from the estate.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Isabella Ebbott of Chewton in the State of Victoria, Widow I appoint Frederick Ellery Faraday in the said State, Orchardist (hereinafter called my trustee) to be the trustee and executor of this my will I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my trustee Upon Trust after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the Probate and Estate duty, if any, on the whole of my estate to pay to Mrs Elizabeth Luttet of Newstead in the said State Married Woman the sum of ten pounds free of any deduction and to pay and divide the residue of my estate then remaining equally between my stepdaughters Beatrice Alma Ellery and Gertrude Docking as tenants in common Lastly I revoke all former Wills made by me in witness whereof I haveuto set my hand this nineteenth day of July one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine
