Document 1 This is the last Will and Testament of me Philip Henry Ebbott of Warra Street Kooyong in the State of Victoria Produce Merchant I give devise and bequeath all my property real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my dear wife Elizabeth Mary absolutely Or in the event of her predeceasing me then to all my children in equal shares. And I appoint my said wife or failing her my two sons Reginald George and Leslie Harold to be the Executor or Executors of this my Will. As Witness my hand this Third day of February One thousand nine hundred and thirteen. Signed Philip Henry Ebbott

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament dated the Third day of February One thousand nine hundred and thirteen of me Philip Henry Ebbott of Warra Street Kooyong formerly produce merchant now retired I appoint my two sons Francis Bone Ebbott and Arthur Harris Ebbott to be the Executors of any Will in lieu of my two sons Leslie Harold Ebbott and Reginald George Ebbott in the event of my wife not surviving me. That the following advertisement duly appeared in the Argus newspaper published in Melbourne on the Twenty-fourth day of July One thousand and twenty eight namely Notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court of the State of Victoria in its Probate Jurisdiction that Probate of the Will (dated the third day of Feruary One Thousand nine hundred and thirteen) and Codicil (dated the twenty-fifth day of March One thousand nine hundred and twenty) of Philip Henry Ebbott, of Warra Street, Kooyong, in the State of Victoria, formerly produce merchant, now retired, deceased, may be granted to Elizabeth Mary Ebbott, of Warra Street, Kooyong, in the said State, widow, the executrix appointed by the said will and codicil.
