Affidavit of publication of Notice
1. That the following advertisement dly appeared in the Castlemaine Mail newspaper published in Castelmaine on the 15 January 1941
After the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof, application will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria that probate of the Will Dated 19th July 1929 of Isabella Ebbott late of Chewton in Victoria, widow, deceased may be granted to Frederick Ellery of Faraday being the executor appointed by the said will Dated this 14th day of January 1941"
3. That the said deceased had been continuously resident at Chewton in the district of Castlemaine for the period of twenty years immediately preceding ithe date of her death and that Chewton is distant three miles from the said place of publication
