2. I appoint my Son Reginal Garfield Ebbott of 40 Bell Street, Glenferrie Clerk Executor and trustee of this my Will 3. I give and bequeath to my daughter Constance Mary Ebbott my Piano and any jewellery and person effects of which I may die possessed 4. IGIVE AND DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the whole of my real and the residue of my personal estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate UNTO my Trustee IN TRUST to sell and convert into money such of the same as shall not consist of money and to stand possessed of the net proceeds together with any ready moneys of which I may die possessed and to divide the same into five equal parts and to pay one part to each of my Sons Oliver John Ebbott and Alfred George Ebbott and my Daughter the said Constance May Ebbott and as to the remaining two parts to hold the same for his own use and befit absolutely AND I DESIRE that the said Reginald Garfield Ebbott shall use and employ to the best of his ability half of the share so received by him for the maintenance and benefit of my Son Frederick Percy Ebbott

By her said will the said deceased appointed REGINALD GARFIELD EBBOTT formerly of 40 Bell Street Glenferrie in the State of Victoria Clerk but now of Yinnar in the said State Accountant sole executor there of and by Deed of Renunciation of Probate dated Twenty-ninth day of September One thousand nine hundred and forty seven the said REGINAL GARFIELD EBBOTT duly renounced probate of the said will and as a son of the said deceased and a residuary beneficiary under the said will I claim to be entitled to the administration of her estate.
