In the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria. In its Probate Jurisdiction. In the Estate of James Bassett late of Sailors Gully in the Colony of Victoria Miner deceased Interstate.

Be it known by these present that on the fifth day of June one thousand and seventy nine adminstration of all and singular the estate property and effects of James Bassett late of Sailors Gully Eaglehawk in the Colony of Victoria Miner deceased interstate within the Jurisdiction of this Court was and is hereby granted unto Eleanor Bassett of Sailors Gylly aforesaid the widow of the said deceased she having been first duly sworn that the said James Bassett died on the twentieth day of March on thousand eight-hundred and seventy nine interstate that the real and personal property of the said deceased within the Colony of Victoria at the time of his death did not exceed in value the sum of three hundred and thirty five pounds that she will well and truly collect and adminster according to law to the best of her knowledge and ability the property lands and hereditaments goods chattels and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time after come to the power or control hands or possession of her as his administratrix or of any other person or persons for her that she will make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all and sngular the property lands and hereditaments goods chattels and credits of the said deceased which shall have come to the hands possession or knowledge of her her or to the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her and the same so made will sign with her proper hand riting and will exhibit as deposit or dause to be exhibited and deposted the same inventory int he office of the Master in Equity within three calender months next ensuring the order granting administration and further that the will make or cause to be made a true and just account of the administration of the estate which she has undertaken as to her receipts and disbursements and as to what portions is retained by her and what portions remains uncollected and the same so made will sign with her proper hasndwriting and will exhibit and deposit or cause to be exhibited and deposited the same account in the said office of the Master in Equity within fifteen calender months next ensuring the order granting administration. Given under my hand and the seal of the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria at Melbourne this fifth day of June One thousand eight hundred and seventy nine. Signed by the Master In Equity

I certify that the sume of one pound nine shilings and fve pence has been paid in the administration for duty.

Order granting adminstration In the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria. In its Probate Jurisdiction. In the Estate of James Bassett late of Sailors Gully in the Colony of Victoria Miner deceased intestate. The fifth day of June One thousand eight hundred and seventy nine. Upon reading the several affidavits sworn and filed herein. It is ordered that Letters of Administration of the Estate of the abovenamed deceased be granted and committed to Eleanor Bassett of Sailors Gully Eaglehawk the widow and one of the next of Kin of the said decased. By the Court Registrar of Probates.
