The will dated 16 September 1926
This is the last will and testament of me Frederick Francis Ebbott of 22 Old High Street Bendigo in the State of Victoria Agent. I GIVE DVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife Mary Ebbott absolutely. AND I APPOINT the said Mary Ebbott sole executrix of this my will. I REVOKE all former wills IN WITNESS whereof I have herunto set my hand this sixteenth day of September One thousand nine hundred and twenty six.

Affidavit in support of Application for probate
8. That the said deceased left real estate in the State of Victoria not exceeding in value the sum of Two thousand two hundred and eight pounds and personal property in the said State not exceeding in value the sum of One thousand two hundred and twenty three pounds making together the sum of Three thousand four hundred and thirty one pounds.
11. That the said deceased was at the time of his death a British subject by birth.
12. That the said deceased for upwards of ten years prior to and until his death resided at Old High Street Bendigo aforesaid
13. That the following advertisement was inserted and duly appeared in the Bendigo Advertiser daily newspaper published in Bendigo aforesaid on the sixteenth day of September One thousand nine hundred and twenty seven namely:-
After the expiration of 14 days from the publication hereof, application will be made to the Supreme Court of the State of Victoria, in the State of Victoria, in the Probate Jurisdiction thereof that Probate of the Will, dated the sixteenth day of September, 1926, of Frederick Francis Ebbott, late of 22 Old High Street, Bendigo, in the said State, agent, deceased, may be granted to Mary Ebbott, of 22 Old High Street, Bendigo aforesaid, widow the sole executrix named in the said will. Dated the 15th day of September 1927.
