Affidavit of Publication of Notice
"The following advertisement duly appeared in the Argus newspaper published in Melbourne on the 6th day of July 1942
namely -
"After the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof, application will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria that Probate of the Will dated 23rd December, 1929 of john Ebbott late of 21 College Street, Elsternwick in Victoria Gentlemean deceased may be granted to Edith marie Ebbott of the same address, Widow, being the Executrix appointed by the said Will."

I, Edith Marie Ebbott,
7. The said deceased left property in Victoria not exceeding in value the sum of Seven hundred pounds consisting of real estate of the value of £700 but left no personal estate.
10. that I have not made this application earlier, as I was unaware that Probate should be applied for until so informed by the State savings Bank when I recently enquired about renewing the mortgage with them.
11. That the present value of deceased estate does not exceed £800
