[S1332] Case Dismissed

Some weeks ago a woman named Mary W. Waters swore out a warrant against Emanuel Feltenberger for libel and when the case was called for trial, failed to appear and prosecute. The case was accordingly dismissed at cost of the prosecuting witness. Saturday the woman was arrested in default of payment of the costs and committed to jail. The amount due is $24.00.
