[S1330] - Trial Postponed
The Feltenberger examination set for last Thursday before Justices Ridge and Wilson was postponed until to day on account of the inability of the prosecuting witness to appear. The defendant was placed under bonds for a thousand dollars but not being able to give the bail was sent to jail. Beck is slowly improving though the ball has not yet been extracted from his knee.
