Police Court

On Tuesday the court was occupied with the case of the State vs. Henry Feltenberger. The defendant was charged with shooting his son-in-law, John Beck, on Black Bob some months since. The examination resulting in binding the defendant in the sum of $100, to appear at the next term of the District Court for trial. His bond was signed by Henry Wendt, Dr. Crust, Benjamin Feltenberger, and ---- Dagen, and he was released from custody.
