We believe Michael Felteberger is our ancestor (his father may or may not be Frederick Feltberger - age 32 (born ca 1711) who arrived in Philadelphia 1743.
We find these early records of Michael Feltenberger:
1779 County Tax list of Londonderry Twp. Lancaster Co. (Pa. Archives, Vol. 22, 3rd series, pg 560)
1773 Michael Feltenberger married Elizabeth Lauber, daughter of Michael & Regina Lauber
1774 Michael & Elizabeth again appear in the Blasser Reformed Church records of West Donegal Twp. Lancater Co. Pa. (microfilm pg. 2 Bapt. by Wm. Story)
parents: Michael Feltenberger wife Elizabeth • child: Anna Catherine b 8 Aug 1774 Bapt. 19 Sept. 1774 • sponsors: Phillip Helllinger Catherine Lauber
From later records we know 6 children were born before this family is found listed on the 1790 census in Franklin County, Pennsylvania - Hamilton Twp.
