Jerry graduated from Shawnee Mission High School in 1957, going on to the University of Kansas at Lawrence majoring in Mechanical Engineering. After a two year interruption for military service in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, he graduated from Finley Engineering College in Kansas City, Mo. while Mattie worked at the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
Jerry is now a safety engineer for the General Services Administration Office in Kansas City, they are active in the World Wide Church of God, live in Kansas City. They have no children.

"Judy" Laughlin graduated from Shawnee Mission High School in 1959 going on to the University of Kansas. She was employed with Capitol Federal Savings and Loan in Mission, Kansas and later for Bascom Reality Company as bookkeeper and loan officer. George Spoor grew up in Kansas City, Mo., graduating from High School, going on to the University of Kansas. He is presently a machinist employed at Marion, Merrill, Dow Company. They live in Johnson County, Ks.

Keelie has been an Honor student while attending school in Johnson County, graduating from Blue Valley High School in 1989. She is finishing her education at Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas where she has been on full scholarship and is now entering the workforce in 1993.

Keara started school while living in Prairie Village, then in Stillwell, Ks. and Stanley Middle School. Now she is a senior at Blue Valley High School, interested in music and environmental studies.
