THIS INDENTURE made this twenty fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven by and between George Harps and Barbry his wife of the County of Beaver & Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of the one part and Mihail Seadler of the County and Commonweatlh aforesaid by their Patent deated the sixth day of July 1789 hath granted to Robert Darumple a Cer-tain lot of Donation land laying in the first Destrict of Donation land in the State aforesaid the being lot No 112 and the said Robert Derumple by his Indenture bearing date the twenty fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and four convead the following Part of said tract of land to the above named George harps to with
Beginning at a Hickery, thence North eighty four degrees east one hundred and fifty six perches to a Hickery, thence South three degrees East forty eight perches to a maple thence North eighty four degrees east one hundred and twenty foure pearches to a post & whiteoak thence North three degrees west one hundred and forty peaches to a whiteoak and post thence South eighty two & a half degrees west two Hundred & eighty perches to the place of Beginning containing and laid out for one hundred and eighty two acres with the allowance of six per Cent.
NOW KNOW all men by these presents that we George Harps and Barbary his wife for and in consideration of the Sum of two Hundred and forty dollars to us in hand paid by the within neamed Michael Seadler at or ameadeately before the sign-ning & delivering of these presents the Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened infeofed Released & confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alen infeofe and confirm unto the said Michael Sadler & to his heirs & asigns all and assigns all and singular our hole estate, Right title In-terest property claim and demand in of to and by the following described part of the above described tract of land To wit,
Beginning at a Hickry thence North three degrees west by land of the said George Harps niety tow perches to a post thence South eighty two and half de-grees west by log No 108 is a whiteoak lll. one hundred & fifty six pearches to a Hickery thence South three degrees East eighty seven pearches by lot No 108 to a whiteoak thence North eighty four degrees east one hundred and fifty six perches to the place of Beginning containing & laid out for eighty acres and allowance of six per sent be the saime more or less with all and Singular its rights priviligs Hera-titaments and apurtenances
to have and to hold to him the said Michael Sadler his heirs and as-signs to and for the only proper use and beoff of him the said Michael Sadler his heirs and asigns forever and the said George Harps and Barbra his wife for them-selves, their Hers and Executors doth hereby covenant gran and agree that the above last desoribed eighty acres of and and allowance be the same more or less with all its Hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Michail Sadler his heirs and assigns agains all person lawfully or otherwise claiming will warrant and forever defend.

Beaver County as (Seal) Before me a Justice in & for said County ap-eared the within named George Harps and Barbra his wife she being of full age seperate and apart from his  husband examined by me and the contents of the within Inden-ture made known to her they acknowledged the same and desired the same to be recorded for the purposes therein mentioned
in Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this 25t June 1811
