This article was removed from the wheathampstead site at the request of the author (Raymond Madsen), due to the incorrect conclusion he made about the English origin of John Brocket of New Haven and Wallingford (d. 1690). The article, however, had several christening, marrriage, and burial dates that are useful for other families, and can be found in the waybackmachine. Just note that John Brockett of New Haven was NOT the John Brockett who was christened 1612, attended Cambridge, and married Mary Blackwell.
