It appears to be the type of bio printed in the county history books from the 1870s. It lists his first wife Elizabeth Ann Rogers, thus it must have been written before 1891. [NOTE JPR: DISAGREE, it was written abt 1921 because it says Philip was a alive, and spry, at age 87. Theory: Update to the Brumbac Genealogy published in 1913.]
