Be it rembered [sic] that on the 31st day of March A.D. 1887, in the town of Whiteford, Mr. Horace Sawyer aged 36 years, residence Whiteford, Monroe County, Michigan and Miss Malinda Veits age 18 years, residence town of Whiteford, Monroe County, Michigan, were with their mutual consent legally joined together in holy matrimony which was solmnized [sic] by me in the presence of Spenser Young of the town of Whiteford, Monroe County, Michigan and Matilda Veits of the above named town, county and state. Given under my hand this 31 day of March A.D. 1867. Jesse Wood, Justice of the Peace
