Found this in Bedford County, PA. Hope it helps someone. Perhaps Richard was a brother or cousin to my Laurence Lamberson who appears in Bedford from 1796 to 1805/06.

Richard Lambertson appears in Bedford Twp, Bedford County, Pa tax list of 1788. In the Bedford County, Pa Estate file, page 788-4 appears Richard Lamberson's estate papers. Dated 10 Apr 1788. His wife, Jane Lamberson and his "only son", Samuel are named.

Jane apparently remarried a Samuel Bournes and moved to Waynesborough, Augusta County, Virginia. On 6 Nov 1810 Jane and Samuel Bournes/Burns along with Samuel and Sarah Lamberson of the town of Bedford, sold in the town of Bedford, Bedford County, PA a tract of land to Henry Simerman, Hopewell Twp, Bedford Co, PA. 346 1/2 acres total. The tract was surveyed in pursuance of 2 warrants, both to Jane for use of Samuel Lamberson: 1. Dated 22 June 1792 2. Dated 1 Apr 1793 Patented under Great Seal dated 29 March 1802, granted and confirmed to Jane Lamberson in fee simple.
