For six years after his death she lived with her sons, Jeremiah and William. The remaining nineteen years of her life was spent with her daughter, Mrs. John Grove and family. Mrs. Haffner united with the German Reformed church at the age of seventeen and was a faithful christian through life. Her husband was also a member of this church so hand in hand they led a devoted christian life.
