It is our sad duty to record the death of Rev. Wm. H. Bolander, which occured at his home in Grant township, on Monday last. Mr. B. was born in Brown Co., Ohio, May 19th. 1812. He came to this county from Iowa in 1857 and has since resided here. He was a prominent and respected citizen, and was well known throughout the county and beyond. The funeral was conducted under the auspices of the G.A.R. and the remains laid to rest in the St. John cemetery in Grant township today, by sympathing friends.
