Notice is hereby given to Anthony HOUSEL; Peter HOUSEL; William HOUSEL; William IRWIN and his wife Catherine; James SMITH and Sarah his wife; Daniel BROOKS and Elizabeth his wife; Abraham SWIGART & Eleanor his wife; Margaret HOUSEL; James MURRAY and Amelia his wife; John DePugh and Julia his wife; Jacob GARHART and Amelia his wife; John HOUSEL; Peter HOUSEL; Charles HOUSEL; and Eliza HOUSEL that a petition is filed in said court, by said plantiffs, demanding partition of the North East quarter of section 2, of township 11, range 8; and 24 acres off the west side of the North West quarter of section 1, township 11, range 8, in said county; and to have the undivided eleventh part of said tracts of land, set off to them severalty.
