Family Research Fahrenluger Dear Mr. Vornlocker, Tthank you for the payment of the fees for the letter (M 16 / 2010), which was received on 19/03/2010 with us. The search was so difficult, because in the period of 1718-1726 four marriages of three different people named John Fahrnluger took place, who were all farmers in Frimmersdorf simultaneously. Only your information, that the wife had called the wanted Kunigunda, made it possible to find the right baptism. Noteworthy is the fact that your ancestor had a brother with exactly the same Christian name "John", who was four years older and lived simultaneously in the same place. The grandson, son and father nickname was "Hans". The family name had many spelling variants, such as Fahrnluger, Fahrenluger, Fahrenlucher, Forluck, Fahrnloger.

In the complex you will receive the promised three compilations. In parentheses are the references are held here in the church records, in square brackets necessary additions and comments. Because of the baptism of the Blasius Fahrnluger, once emerging in the spelling Fahrnburger, please contact with all the information directly to the Archives of the Archdiocese of Salzburg, Chapter Platz 3, 5020 Salzburg, Austria. Please ask them what Catholic parish for the place in the Archdiocese of Salzburg Rauris was responsible and whether there are church records from before 1653 are available.
