ABBR death-willTEXT Will of David Gary, Chesterfield County Court House In the name of God know I, David Gary of Chesterfield county being of sound mind and manarry? thanks be to God, for the same, I doth hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as followith, First: Item. I give to my son William Gary one dollar. Item. I give to my son Peter Gary three negroes named Sally, Matt and Jiney. I give the same, to him and his heirs and assigns forever: Item. I give my Land to be divided between my two sons Richard Gary and James Gary to be divided, as follows, beginning on the Reedy ? at 2) small ditch, thence up the said ditch and from thence, a straight line to  ? lines. I give the East? and of the said Land with the house to my son James Gary. I give the same, to them and their heirs and assigns forever: Item. I give to my son Richard Gary one negro named Catharine, to him and his heirs and assigns forever. Item.
