Lovisa M. Gage. Last Will and Testament of Lovisa M. Gage. (5 June 1883. Bedford, Hillsborough, New Hampshire.).

Be it Remembered,

THAT I, I, Lovisa M. Gage of Bedford in the County of Hillsborough and State of New Hampshire, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in manner and form as follows, to wit:

I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral charges and to erect a suitable grave stone at my grave. I give and bequeath to each grand child I may have living at my decease the sum of five dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Lovisa J. Hodgman the sum of fifty dollars. I give and bequeath and divise to my son Charles H. Gage and his heirs all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed wherever found and however situated.

I do hereby nominate and appoint said Charles H. Gage of said Bedford, executor of this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal, this fifth day of June, A.D. 1883.

Signed, sealed, and declared by the above-named Lovisa M. Gage to be her last will and Testament, in presence of us three, who at her request, in her presence and in presence of each other, have subscribed out names as Witnesses hereto.
