SIN 153. US Census-1900, Butte, Silver Bow, Montana, 1 June 1900, "Exact Copy" of census record from Bureau of the Census, 13 April 1966. Used by Hazel to obtain US Passport. Her Birth was not recorded in the Index of Births at Silver Bow County courthouse (personal search June 2003). She was told it had been destroyed by a fire at the Courthouse.
