Abner Lord to Isaac Nogle} Know all Men by these present that I Abner Lord of Marietta in the County of Washington and State Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Dollars and Sixty Cents to me in hand well and truly paid by Isaac Nogle of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself therewith contented Satisfied and paid have granted bargained & Sold unto Isaac Noggrs his heirs and assigns forever a certain part or parcel of land situated and lying in Marcella aforesaid being lot number five hundred ninety two in the thirteenth Section Second Township and Ninth Range estimated to contain Eight acres of land .... Signed & Sealed & delivered in presence of Wm Skinner Griffin of Washington County ss State of Ohio before me the Subscriber came Abner Lord and acknowledged the within Instrument to be his voluntary act & Deed hand and seal - Marietta Aug 26th day 1803 .

Nathl Cushing to Isaac Nogle} Know all men by these presents that I Nathanie Cushing of Belleprie in the County of Washington and the state of Ohio in consideration of forty four dollars paid to me by Isaac Noggle of Marietta in the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained timed and by these presents do give grants sold conveyed unto him the said Isaac Noggle bargain sell convey and way and to his heirs and assigns forever a certain Eight Acre Lot No 637 the Ohio Companys purchase and down in the name of the said Nathaniel Cushing - To have and to hold the same of him the said Isaac Noggle and to his heirs and assigns forever as a good perfect and absolute estate of Inheritance in fee that I do Covenant with the said Isaac Noggle his heirs and assigns that before and until the execution hereof I am lawfully Seized in fee of the above granted premises that they are free of all Incumbrances and that I will warrant and defend the same against the lawfull claims and demands of will persons forever hereafter in In witness whereof I hereunto affixed my hand and Seal this 15th day of December AD 1804 Executed in presence of us Nathaniel Cushing ℗ Wyall Chamberlin Dolly Chamberlin Washington County ss personally appeared before my Daril Loring One of the Justices of the peace for said County this 15th day of December 1804
