To answer your email question, the people highlighted in the picture are described using the notes function. Just "mouse over" the squares and the notes will be displayed. "Mouse over" is computer jargon for moving the cursor (flashing blip on the screen) over a spot on the screen. You may need some trial and error to find the spot where the note stays displayed. I find I have to line up the cursor X with the bottom outline of the box.
