Inscription on Front

In Affectionate Remembrance of James Thornber of Albion Street Burnley Died 10th March 1899 Aged 65 years. Also of Ann Thornber wife of the above Died 31st August 1906 Aged 74 years. Also Florence, wife of Sharp Thornber Born 1st May 1859, Died 20th Sept 1917. Also of the above named Sharp Thornber Born 26th March 1858 Died 23rd March 1933.

Also in remembrance of the following children of James and Ann Thornber Benjamin, Albert, Amy who died in infancy And Margaret Ellen died 26th April 1866 aged 4 years and 8 months Who were all interred at Gisburn Also Ada Who died 24th June 1869 aged 5 years 10 months interred in this cemetery
