   That on the twenty second day of said month of April this deponent served on Mrs. Lavinia Kellogg wife of Miles L. Kellogg a Copy of the annexed Citation by delivering the same to her personally & that the said Lavinia resides in the Town of Danby in the County of Thompkins & State of New York aforesaid. That on the said twenty second day of April this deponent served on Mrs. Pamela (Manile?) wife of Jacob (Mesiah?) a Copy of the annexed Citation by delivering the same to her personally & that the said Pamela resides in the Town of Candor County of Tioga & State of New York aforesaid. That on the same day this deponent served on William C. Hill a Copy of the annexed Citation by delivering the same to him personally and that the said Hill resides in the said Town of Danby. That on the twenty third day of April in the year Eighteen hundred & forty five this deponent served one Benjamin Sackett the brother of the abovementioned Daniel Sackett decd a Copy of the annexed Citation by delivering the same to the wife of the said Benjamin & that he the said Benjamin at the Town of Rushville & County of Yates & State of New York and was at the time of such service absent from his residence. That on the twenty fifth day of the said month of April this deponent served on Benjamin Sackett the son of John Sackett decd a Copy of the annexed Citation by delivering the same to the said Benjamin personally, and that he resides at the Town of Spencer in the County of Onondaga & State of New York

   And this deponent further says that each & every of the Copies of the annexed Citation except those deposited in the post office as herein abovementioned were served as herein abovementioned and by showing the annexed original with the seal of this County impressed thereon to each & every of the persons on whom such service was made.
   And this deponent also says that as he is informed of the diligent search & inquiry for that purpose, that the said Henry Sackett, Ezra Sackett, Freeman Sackett & Amanda Rouse resided at the time of the abovenamed service on them at the said Town of Pittsfield and that the said Mrs. Richard Sackett when last heard form resided in the said Town of Newbern.
