GUADALUPE MARQUEZ. Guadalupe Marquez, 49, of Brownsville, died Tuesday at Brownsville Medical Center. A Brownsville native and resident, she had been employed by Saenz Cleaners for 20 years before she retired in 1989. Survivors include three daughters, Norma L. Guadalupe "Pita" and Elida Peña, all of Brownsville; three sons, Eleazar "Chay," rogelio and Gregorio Peña Jr., all of Brownsville; three brothers, Jose Antonio Villarreal and Octavio marquez Jr., both of Brownsville, and Oscar Marquez of Fort Worth; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A rosary will be said at 7:30 tonight at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home Chapel, 945 Palm Blvd. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Cathedral with interment at Ville Nueva Cemetery.
