23 Mar 2019 Jane (Rausch) Delcoma sent digital photo via email with note, "This very pretty little baby grew up to be called "AUNT MILLY" by all of the Carlisle children ~ whose parents were James Carlisle and Helen Reymond Carlisle of Goshen, Ohio. This baby is my Mother MILDRED LOUISE HOWARD RAUSCH and the photograph was taken on April 17, 1909. The reason I know this date for certain is the fact my grandfather Emmett Howard (Mildred's father) kept a meticulous journal during these years ~ and which I am happy to say I have a copy of it. Lucky Me. His journal entry for April 17, 1909 reads: (The date) "got baby's picture taken at S.H. Green at a cost of $1.50." This journal is one of those things money can't buy."
