Image Information
The year 1875 was based on the following: 1) Henry bought the property in 1870. 2) The photographer's name is visible on the original worn copy and he didn't immigrate from England until 1872. 3) A best guess for the man at the left is Peter Charles Campbell, associate of Henry Henderson, husband of Matilda Henderson and resident at the Henderson house. If one of the women is Matilda, she died on childbirth in 1877. 4) Both Henry's stovepipe hat and PC Campbell's bowler style hat were in vogue in the 1860's, early 1870's.
