Marz, um 3 Uhr nachmittags, von der Kapelle, 326 Racnie Avenue, nach dem Waldheim Friedhof. Um stille Teilnahme bitten die trauernden Hinterbliebenen: Augusta Gernhofer, Gattin; Walter und Edna Hoschutz, Kinder.

Translation:

Obituary. Friends and acquaintances the sad news that my beloved husband, our dear father Gustav Gernhofer is asleep. Burial will be held on Saturday, 2 March, at 3 Clock in the afternoon, from the chapel, 326 Racine Avenue [Chicago], at the Waldheim Cemetery. The bereaved ask for silent participation (?): Augusta Gernofer, wife, Walter and Edna Hoschutz, children.
