GAR Post marker in Eastman Cemetery. Oddly, not obviously adjacent to either of the two known civil war veterans (Charles C Tuttle and George Sullivan). Further, there was no "post 146" in New Hampshire. The Massachusetts Post 146 was in New Bedford and was a segregated black post.
