Goschie was reported seriously wounded June 10 on Biak island off the northwest coast of New Guinea, according to a telegram received Friday from the war department by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Goschie. Eddie was drafted October 9, 1941 and has served in the south Pacific since April, 1942, with the 4lst division. [edit] Sources
