Whereas David Fay late of the town of Fenner in Madison County & State of New York deceased did by his last will and testament & bearing date the 28th day of October in the year of our Lord 1826 appoint Perrin Fay and myself executors of said Will & Testament; Now therefore be it known to all to whom these presents shall come that I David Fay son of the above named David Fay do hereby renounce the acceptance of such executorship and refuse to take any part in the settlement of the estate of the said David Fay deceased, and request that the Surrogate of the County aforesaid may grant Letters testamentary solely to the said Perrin Fay on said Will.
