First Ashcraft Relatives

It is relatively difficult in WeRelate to see how genealogy researchers might be related to one another. One way of establishing a relationship is to establish the first relative for any particular surname and share this information with other researchers. Such a "first relative" might be closely related to the researcher, or a distant but direct ancester, or an indirect relation. On the other hand, there might be no relationship at all due to independent surname origins.

  Jackson Ashcraft (1845–1930) married the sister, Mary Catherine Yockey (1853–1952), of my great-great-grandfather Jasper Yockey (1869–1925).
