There is a Pencoed in Glamorgan and a Pencoed Castle in the parish of Llanfarthin, Monmouthshire, Wales (map of 1900)--probably owned by the same family. Llanfarthin was either absorbed into the neighbouring parish of Llanmartin or they were one and the same place. --Goldenoldie 12:48, 3 January 2018 (UTC)
